the lobbying and PR wizards for companies like AT&T and Comcast know the companies have no credibility on any issues after years of bullsh*t. So they utilize proxy organization and voices to carry the message (more consolidation, more mergers, less consumer protection) for them.

Now... I wait for the usual reach out and upsell, because I have one of the many tone-deaf ISP's. Such a shame that we don't have choices anymore as consumers and get stuck with conglomerates like Comcast or Cox... again, both garbage ISP's.

@AndyradHogan @Bulgarian279 @nexton9news BS is saying that switching providers isn't easy. There are multiple choices, but it's easier to blame the network. Who has more power in this negotiation...Comcast or Altitude? Why do they carry AT&T Network, but not Altitude? The blame game is as old as this impasse.

They sit in the shadows and let Kroenke catch all the blame, but they never tell the side of the story where they refuse carriage on terms equal to those of AT&T network here in the same town.

@Xfinity @XfinitySupport It’s working atm.In ~3 months of service you had to come out here 3 times to fix it & twice more to replace the modem…Each time our medical clinic had no phone / internet (no access to pt charts) for hours.See service record for 313-561-2622 (our clinic’s main phone).
